TrustX is not merely a credit bureau - we are a new standard in data integrity for the public sector. As a Level 1 B-BBEE, 100% black-owned and female-led enterprise, we represent transformation, leadership, and innovation. Our identity is defined by more than compliance – it is defined by commitment. We are a mission-led collective of senior executives, former bureau specialists, legal professionals, public sector strategists, and technology architects who came together with one shared goal:- to create the first credit bureau fully engineered to understand and serve the intricate requirements of government institutions in South Africa.

Our Story
The inception of TrustX was born not out of ambition, but out of necessity. For too long, government departments and municipalities were underserved by traditional credit bureaus – treated as afterthoughts in a private-sector dominated landscape. In 2024, we took a bold step to disrupt that pattern by acquiring a fully licensed reseller bureau. This strategic move unlocked immediate regulatory compliance, access to major data sources, and the ability to reimagine what a government-aligned bureau could look like. Our goal has always been clear:- to develop purpose-built platforms that go deeper, see clearer, and act faster – solutions that do not just serve government but help government serve its people.

Our executive board brings together decades of deep expertise spanning credit bureau operations, regulatory compliance, data science, legal risk, and enterprise technology.
